Isabelle Ferlin – Fondatrice d’If, Conseil & Coaching

Isabelle Ferlin accompagne depuis plus de 30 ans le développement des personnes et des organisations dans plusieurs pays : la Suisse, le Luxembourg et la France.

Master Coach accréditée EMCC, formatrice, superviseur et facilitatrice, elle intervient aussi bien auprès d’entreprises que de particuliers.

Un parcours riche et international

Avant de fonder If, Consulting & Coaching en 2010, Isabelle a travaillé dans de grands groupes internationaux tels que Danone et AXA, occupant des fonctions variées en marketing, audit, export et ressources humaines. Elle y a développé une expertise approfondie en organisation, leadership, management d’équipe, gestion de projets complexes, formation et communication.

Une expertise plurielle

Indépendante depuis 2010, elle a enrichi sa pratique à travers différentes approches et certifications :

  • in individual coaching, team coaching, narrative practices at Mediat-Coaching
  • with the Neurocognitive and Behavioral Approach at theINC Paris,
  • in skills assessment methodology by CNPG,
  • the use of personality tools, such as the MBTI® with Psychometrics Canada or even DISC Driving forcesor to assess intellectual skills and aptitudes,
  • systemic approach, using organizational constellations in particular,
  • to coach supervision through certification with International Mozaïk Paris,
  • support for HPI in conjunction with hospitals.

Our firm is involved in individual coaching, team coaching, training and development. HR consulting, skills assessment and coach supervision. Our approach is based on validated tools and a rigorous methodology adapted to corporate challenges.

We use the MBTIWe have developed a wide range of assessment and development tools, including the Neurocognitive and Behavioral Approach, DISC Forces Motrices, Organizational Constellations, Narrative Practices and Solution Orientation.
