Supervision

Supervision is first and foremost a space for development. It offers the coach or consultant the opportunity to step back from their practice, explore emerging issues and find concrete answers.

In this way, supervision provides both greater clarity and genuine support in strengthening skills, always within a deontological framework.

The systemic approach
It considers that each player evolves within a system of complex relationships, where reactions can be multiple and sometimes unpredictable, particularly when it comes to driving human change. The aim of coaching is to open up new perspectives and offer tools adapted to the complexity of interactions.

Solutions Orientation
Developed in the USA in the 1950s by the Palo Alto School, this approach focuses on the client's resources and solutions, rather than their problems. The consultant supports the individual or organization in identifying concrete, acceptable alternatives. By focusing on current priorities and the "here and now", it enables short interventions with tangible, lasting results.

Les Pratiques Narratives® (Narrative Practices®)
Stemming from the work of Michael White and David Epston in the 1980s-1990s, they highlight what makes sense for the individual: his or her values, beliefs and aspirations. Based on a collaborative approach, they consider that "the customer is the expert in his or her own life". Inspired by social constructionism, they recognize that our representations (values, beliefs, institutions, laws, etc.) are co-constructed over the course of interactions and generations, in society as in the workplace.
They allow us to organize human experience not in terms of systems or patterns, but in terms of stories and meanings.
