For over 30 years, Isabelle Ferlin has been supporting the development of people and organizations in several countries: Switzerland, Luxembourg and France.

EMCC accredited Master CoachAs a trainer, supervisor and facilitator, she works with both companies and individuals.

A rich, international career

Before founding If, Consulting & Coaching in 2010, Isabelle has worked for major international groups such as Danone and AXAin a variety of positions in marketing, audit, export and human resources. She has developed in-depth expertise in organization, leadership, team management, complex project management, training and communication.

Independent since 2010, she has enriched her practice through various approaches and certifications:

in individual coaching, team coaching, narrative practices at Mediat-Coaching
with the Neurocognitive and Behavioral Approach at theINC Paris,
in skills assessment methodology by CNPG,
the use of personality tools, such as the MBTI® with Psychometrics Canada or even DISC Driving forcesor to assess intellectual skills and aptitudes,
systemic approach, using organizational constellations in particular,
to coach supervision through certification with International Mozaïk Paris,
support for HPI in conjunction with hospitals.
