Our approach
We offer a planned individual coaching lasting from 2 to 6 months, i.e. about 20 hours divided into three essential phases:
- Preparatory phase - It serves to clarify your expectations, set your objectives and familiarize you with the assessment methodology. (≈ 1 hour)
- Investigation phase - Using in-depth interviews, questionnaires and diagnostic tools, we examine your professional and personal career path. You identify your skills, aptitudes, motivations, values and personality, as well as your resources and interpersonal skills. This step gives you a clear picture of your strengths and areas for improvement. (10 to 12 hours)
- Conclusion phase - Based on the information gathered, you draw up one or more realistic career plans, in line with your aspirations. A detailed action plan is then drawn up to implement these projects. (6 to 8 hours)
